Media Advisory: Finance Committee to Consider Treasury and HHS Nominations

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senate Finance Committee Chair Ron Wyden, D-Ore., will convene a hearing on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, to consider two nominations. The hearing will take place at 10:00 a.m. in Room 215 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.

The witnesses at Tuesday’s hearing will be:

• Jay Curtis Shambaugh, of Maryland, to be an Under Secretary of the Treasury, Vice Brent James McIntosh, United States Department of the Treasury, Washington, DC
• Rebecca Lee Haffajee, of Massachusetts, to be an Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services, Vice Richard G. Frank, United States Department of Health and Human Services, Washington, DC
