Baucus To Give Keynote Trade Speech at Asia Forum on November 1, 2005
(WASHINGTON, D.C.) U.S. Senator Max Baucus, Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Finance, will give a Keynote Address to the Second Annual Asia Forum – Flattening the Earth: Trade and Avian Flu. Senator Baucus will speak on the importance of both trade with Asia and a restored trade consensus. This year’s Asia Forum also includes speeches by Ambassador Rob Portman and HHS Secretary Michael Leavitt. Senator Baucus also spoke at last year’s Asia Forum.
