Baucus Announces Addition to Finance Committee

Judy Miller Named As Professional Staff for Pension Issues

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) U.S. Senator Max Baucus today announced that Judy Miller will jointhe U.S. Senate Finance Committee staff on May 27 responsible for work on pension issues.Ms. Miller has spent the last 27 years living in Helena, Mont. providing consulting andactuarial services to employer-sponsored retirement programs. Most recently, she served as ashareholder in Anderson ZurMuehlen & Co., providing consulting services through its affiliate,Employee Benefit Resources, LLP (EBR).

"Ms. Miller brings a wealth of pension experience with her to the Finance Committee andI'm especially pleased that she's spent close to three decades calling Montana home," Baucussaid. "Her background and experience with pension issues combined with her knowledge ofwhich programs will work for Montana is a winning combination. I look forward to her joiningthe team."

Before working for Employee Benefit Resources, Ms. Miller served as Vice President ofHendrickson, Miller & Associates, Inc. for 15 years.

Ms. Miller is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Society ofPension Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.She received her B.S. in mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.
