Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Ranking Member Max Baucus today announced that the Committee has posted comments submitted by interested parties on miscellaneous tariff measures that were introduced in the Senate during the 109th Congress. The Committee requested these comments on July 11, 2006. As explained in the Committee’s press release of April 25, 2006, the miscellaneous tariff measures must meet certain guidelines in order to be included in an omnibus miscellaneous tariff bill, which is currently being assembled by the Committee.
