Hatch Announces Tax Court Judge Nomination Markup

WASHINGTON – Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) today announced that the committee will convene a markup on the nomination of Courtney Dunbar Jones to be a Judge of the U.S. Tax Court. The markup will occur on Thursday, Dec. 13 during a scheduled vote at 1:45 p.m. off the floor of the Senate in U.S. Capitol room S-216.
