Wyden Announces Finance Committee Hearing on House Republican IRS Funding Cuts Impacting Federal Law Enforcement

WASHINGTON, D.C.Senate Finance Committee Chair Ron Wyden, D-Ore., will convene a committee hearing on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 titled “House Republican Supplemental IRS Funding Cuts: Analyzing the Impact on Federal Law Enforcement and the Federal Deficit.” The hearing will take place at 10:00 a.m. in Room 215 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.

The witnesses at Tuesday’s hearing will be:

  2. John D. Fort, Director of Investigations, Kostelanetz LLP
  3. Pete Sepp, President, National Taxpayers Union
