Wyden Announces Finance Committee Executive Session to Favorably Report IRS, HHS Nominations
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senate Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden, D-Ore., will convene an executive session on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, to consider favorably reporting the nominations of Marjorie A. Rollinson and Rebecca Lee Haffajee. The executive session will take place at 10:00 a.m. in Room 215 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
Both nominations were approved by the Finance Committee in 2023 and resubmitted to the Senate by the Biden administration this year. This markup will occur at the beginning of the previously-announced hearing on four additional nominations, or when a quorum is present.
