WASHINGTON -- Senate Finance Committee staff will hold an informal background briefing for credentialed members of the press on the Senate approved version of H.R. 434, The African Growth and Opportunity Act on Friday, November 5, 1999 at 10:30 a.m. in room 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building.
