Roth to Release Tax Cut Plan, Details at Friday Press Conference

WASHINGTON -- Senate Finance Committee Chairman William V. Roth, Jr. (R-DE) will discuss his tax cut proposal at a press conference on Friday, July 16 at 12:30 pm in Dirksen 215. The press conference will be followed by a background walk through of the bill by staff. No cameras will be permitted at the staff walk through.

If they are ready, documents from the Joint Committee on Taxation will be given out to credentialed press; only credentialed press will be permitted to attend the press conference and briefing.

All available documents will be posted on the Senate Finance Committee's web site (www.senate.gov/~finance) following the press conference.
