Hatch Announces SSA and PBGC Nominations Markup

WASHINGTON – Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) announced that the committee will convene a markup on the nominations of Andrew Saul to be the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (SSA), Gordon Hartogensis to be the Director of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and Gail Ennis to be Inspector General of the Social Security Administration (SSA). The markup will occur on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 1:45 p.m. in S-216 in the U.S. Capitol. 

The committee will markup the following nominees: 

• Andrew Saul, to be the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (SSA)

• Gordon Hartogensis, to be the Director of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC)

• Gail Ennis, to be Inspector General of the Social Security Administration (SSA)
