Hatch Announces Commerce, Tax Court & ITC Nominations Hearing

WASHINGTON – Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) will convene a hearing on Tuesday, June 12, to consider U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) nominations. The hearing will take place at 10 a.m. in 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building. 

The following nominees are scheduled to testify:

• Jeffrey Kessler to be an Assistant Secretary of Commerce
• Elizabeth Ann Copeland to be a Judge of the United States Tax Court
• Patrick J. Urda to be a Judge of the United States Tax Court
• Amy Karpel to be a Member of the United States International Trade Commission
• Randolph J. Stayin to be a Member of the United States International Trade Commission
