WASHINGTON -- Senate Finance Committee staff will hold an informal background briefing for credentialed members of the press on several trade issues including H.R. 434, The African Growth and Opportunity Act, China's accession to the World Trade Organization, and granting China Permanent Normal Trade Relations Status on Friday, March 3, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. in room 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building.
