Tax Reform Staff Discussion Drafts

Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.) has released a series of staff discussion drafts detailing proposals to overhaul the nation's tax code. Over the next several weeks the committee will solicit comments from the general public, members, and key stakeholders. While not a final plan, the staff discussion drafts are intended to spur a conversation about areas where Republicans and Democrats may be able to reach agreement on how to fix the broken tax code.
